About
Matias’s (Menendez) journey in the California construction industry began years ago as a high school student working alongside his cousins. Those early days on the job site weren’t just about learning to build; they were about learning the value of hard work from the bottom and the importance of a solid foundation.
After earning his Electrician Certification, he spent a significant portion of his career at New Castle Builders. He committed himself to learning every aspect of construction, "little by little" until he reached the role of Project Supervisor.
In 2019, after 20 years in the field and over thousand of successful projects, he established his own company Menendez Construction.
Today, as a Licensed General Contractor, he focuses on transforming homes - specializing in full kitchen, bathroom, and living room remodels for residential spaces. Because he operates as a dedicated "one-man show," he is personally involved in every nook and cranny of your project. He doesn’t just manage the work; he takes personal responsibility for the quality of your home, and works with his dedicated team, ensuring that every detail meets the high standard his clients have come to expect over the last 20 years.
